Our leadership team has many years of experience handling and analyzing safety information within the pharmaceutical industry. Our team has medical training from world class institutions, business and consulting training for top quality institutions and firms. We are passionate about safety and are sensitive to the needs of the safety department to add value to the overall business.Gregory J. Fiore, MD - Founder and PresidentDr. Greg Fiore has extensive experience in pharmacovigilance operations, medical science, and strategy. He also has experience in product development and business development. Dr. Fiore was class valedictorian at New York Medical College and undertook medical training at Harvard Medical School in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine. From Harvard he became a consultant at McKinsey and Company prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry. Within the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Fiore has held senior roles in pharmacovigilance in both small and large companies. He was trained initially at Abbott Laboratories before becoming head of Global Drug Safety at The Medicines Company. From there he was North America Region Head within Global Pharmacovigilance at Schering Plough. Following acquisition by Merck, Dr. Fiore assumed responsibility for Clinical Risk Management for multiple therapy areas. His safety experience includes the following areas: cardiovascular, oncology, immunology/inflammation, endocrinology, women's health, gastrointestinal disease, bone disease, neuroscience, ophthalmology, respiratory/pulmonary, and dermatology. Dr. Fiore also has experience managing and monitoring safety of non-prescription products and has a strong interest in safety issues related to dietary/nutritional supplements.
